what would be good to see (from a community perspective) would be a list of project, things we can look forward to (I know this was mentioned earlier) - and then, what would be good but something not to many would care about too much if not added: a progress system.
This is just so as a community we no longer need to sit in the dark, and can be excited when projects are coming to the end (Not really updates on the project, just like a progression bar almost into how far of that specific project you are) or, for us to be excited in the long run for larger projects

Hey!
I just wanted to ask you this.. Why does so many people get banned for f.example: FearRP or FailRP ? I know it depends on the FailRP and the case but what about FearRP?
Why not use the Warning system that Burnett created more often for cases like this.

I think if "the guy" breaks FearRP several times, then he gets banned. But yeah, IMO warning system should be used more.

Most players break fearp on purpose. That is what bans and blacklists are for. To punish players that break the rules on purpose, not for situations when they didn't actually know about Fearp or wish to fix their mistakes.
The warning system tbh I don't use often as I never really thought it was useful.

My questions:
1. Any plans of how to deal with the LL decline? Considering LL is losing popularity, player base and members. Don't bring me that "LL has only been establish since summer 2015" or "it doesn't have the population, give it time" poor excuses since it had more popularity and players in the past even after the DDoS attacks, it's just losing members and player base. Be honest.
2. How will the staff inactivity be dealt with? The staff are inactive most of the time, the moderators are more active than the admins/HR, I understand they have jobs and university for education however wouldn't it better to promote fresh new staff for more activity? I mean if you're staff member obviously you have to be active in the servers to administrate because you're a staff member otherwise you should just resign. For example are admins right, they play CS:GO most of the time so therefore they obviously have spare time to administrate LL as well however they are inactive. Barkles join LL and play for maybe 5-15 minutes then disconnect and won't be seen in LL for quiet a while. Pinky well he's more inactive than Barkles anyway. So they should resign if they can't be bothered to administrate in LL anymore and they can play as much CS:GO as they please without having any power and position in LL that they don't even need.
3. About the developing of LL and content, is there anything going on with developers? Considering the developing in LL is slow from my experience, for example it took a long time to remove the Christmas trading cards upon receiving from REPs and buying donator status/money packs, about 5 months after the Christmas trading card event has finished.
4. Are the HR aware of BlackDog's actions and reputation? Every person that I know and met in FL and LL dislike BlackDog, some of them hate him in extreme levels, I mean there's a good reason why I hear a lot of a lot of people talking behind his back even by his own fellow staff and former staff and some people create groups just for the sole purpose to fight against FUMUKU.
5. Are you running out of content ideas for LL? Considering there's a lot of content in LL that are not being used so therefore they are unnecessary content. The only LL content has been added to the servers that are not part FL since the split that I witness and I experienced by players are mainly wood cutting, wood cutting, wood cutting, signs and increased prop limit and sometimes but not often, the Piano, which is from the workshop anyway. Voice radio is excluded since it should have been part of CityRP anyway and can be found in many servers in Gmod.
6. What is going on with the Stock Exchange? It was like the best addition to LL that I've seen, however it's down for very long time. Was it shut down?
7. Aggressive RP, there's a decline in Aggressive RP and obviously the best thing and the most fun thing about CityRP is Aggressive RP. Are the HR going to do something about it? Considering the best thing about CityRP is about blazing people with guns, and LL has gone way too soft which is not fun. Just look at FL, it's blooming even after the split due to their Aggressive, the player base and popularity is bigger than LL, players love it so therefore they play FL. Why doesn't LL take FL's footsteps? FL was in decline and at some point LL has had better popularity and player base for a period of time than FL until FL has regained their popularity and player base back and LL is losing player base and members to FL.
8. Decline in RPs in LL, are the staff going to do something about it? LL's Passive & Aggressive RP has declined massively, and I rarely see any decent RPs or events. Meanwhile other communities still has decent RP compared to LL.
Edit:
Question #2, I just got information that more and more staff are getting more active, I'm happy about that. However I'm not changing about what I've said about them, they are inactive and I think they should definitely be dealt with.

I don't discuss or talk about any staff-cases in public as they are kept private between me and the staff-member in question. What I can say though is that we're constantly addressing issues internally on how we can improve ourselves as a team, behaviour-wise, rule-wise etc. We take the public's concerns seriously and we the HR team talk to staff-members when problems arise. Most of the things we do (punishments, HR talks, discussions) are internal and won't be visible to the public. I can assure you though that we try to address issues as they arise to the best of our capabilities.

Exactly this. It amazes me how inactive admins, who essentially have no idea what is going on in this community, are still able to have such a big say in everything. It's weird how admins that are further away from the community have ultimate rule over players that actually love and cherish this community here.

Just to justify my Inactivity (In-Game) I will be returning from a scheduled leave on the 18th of this month due to demanding IRL hobbies, which have been on going for 5 months now. Luckily this is a one time thing. I will return to full duties on that date. Apologies on my behalf and my lack of work on the server recently.
Just in the interest of communication.
