To help with that question, when I was in staff, I was told that sometimes not even the players know what is ok to have and what isn’t. This staff review process I believe is to make sure that the community’s idea of LL’s future lines with the image the higher ups want to see. This is good and bad as on one side, we won’t turn into a DarkRP server because people want it, but on the other it limits the player’s say in the future of LL.

It's mostly this, yeah. There's also a couple of checks for feasibility and such. However, due to this, there's been a minor change in policy. Instead of only posting one post from the thread, all posts will be posted to ensure the community know the reasons behind the denial.
What happened to the monthly newsletter
Bambo was handling it (due to the graphical nature of it mainly) and since he's stepped down, no one has stepped back up to ensure they're published. Ideally needs to be someone from the Media team.
It’s honestly a clusterfuck at the moment due to the lack of access to the files I believe. That or the team’s leadership. Right now we are being led by a Developer, where as I’d rather see someone knowledgeable in relations in charge of us.
The newsletter was not an easy task and it wasn't only a graphics thing sadly.
I usually had to go do some statistics digging which took around 2-5 hours and then there is context. I wrote some myself, some was written by others and then proof read.
I did give the team the PSD to continue it however, aspects of the newsletter was again, not only graphics but more than that.
I'd be happy to run for statistics if I have the proper access levels to retrieve them if that's what it'll take to expedite things.
Quite frankly, Bambo should have stayed on as media manager, regardless of the fact that he's no longer a staff member.

Living proof that our voices are heard. <3
why does it take months for RR's to be review like seriously what takes you so long
Basically why do staff almost always get verbal warnings for rule breakages when players almost always get physical warnings or worse.
How is it Lionscrest models can get removed in just over 20 minutes but for FUMUKU it's taking days?
How is it there are seemingly no consequences for FUMUKU using their models after the, quote "Clan models are pending removal, until then, usage of them is prohibited - alongside all other old, and revoked clan models. Failure to abide by this measure will have consequences".
I find it quite curious that it takes so much longer when it's a different clan, what's being done to counter such seemingly biased actions in the clan area and the community as a whole? This has been an issue plaguing the clan sector for quite some time.
Daley says the main duty of a clan officer is to "ensure that all clans are treated the same way, and non of them gain perks or advantages because of bias, or abuse of power."' When will this be the case?
When will all clans be treated fairly?
This is a question I'd prefer be answered by either "" or ""
I can't answer all of your questions, and I'm neither Enzyme or Overlewd. However, I will answer one of your questions for you.

They didn't use their models after the revocation, which is why they're not being punished for using their models.
We don't punish people for following the rules.

From my knowledge when I was a staff member, Daley being in the Clan Officer position has responsibility to revoke those models. That said, I believe his timing was just late or he was investigating the models to give a proper detailed reason for the clan.
I don't believe FUMUKU has used the models since the revoking. If they have, contact staff.
For my personal input, I believe both clans were treated fairly. Why? From the arguments and fighting I've seen between the two clans, I would find it hard to see bias when the person who had to revoke the models came from someone who has seen recent conflict with FUMUKU in the past. Again, that's just my personal input from what I remembered.
