My glasses have a "blue light" filter, to ease strain when looking at screens, basically whenever I'm at a screen you see blue reflections of my glasses as the glasses are reflecting harmful light

Have you ever used f.lux? If you haven't you should check it out. It's great for removing blue light especially during the night.
