FUMUKU International Security Division:

Consisting of men and women from a multitude of different training levels, the FUMUKU International Security Division prides itself on keeping every aspect of day to day operations within company property safe and incident free.

Each Security officer is personally interviewed by the division’s Head of Security, Ronald Lynch, and/or Security Director Jericho McAndrews.

If the applicant is approved, their application will then be forwarded to the company’s CEO, Carthusia Malkrin, for final approval.

If the applicant is approved by both parties, they are then assigned a trial status within the division and must attend Level 1 training exercises, to be held by division head [font=verdana]Ronald Lynchand/or the assigned training instructor. These training exercises are explained in a section lower on the page.[/font]

The Manufacturing Division consists of some of the best and most experienced engineers, electricians, builders and technicians in the world. All of its workers are responsible for the design, construction, development and mass production of a wide variety of designs and plans while maintaining a safe and legal work environment.

While this division only accepts and trains some of the most skilled personnel in the industry, applicants with potential may attend a variety of basic to advanced training courses and receive additional qualifications through FUMUKUInternational.

If the applicant is approved, they are assigned a trial status within the division and must attend Level 1 training exercises, which are to be held by the division head and/or the assigned training instructor; these training exercises are explained in a section lower on the page.

The FUMUKU International Manufacturing Division consists of 4 classes and 3 Sub-Divisions within each class. Upon passing training, applicants are promoted to a Class D trainee, where they are trained into a Class D Sub-Division of their choice. The three Sub Divisions are: Engineer, Technician, and Builder. Upon promotion, their security clearance will be increased and a career training program must be completed.

Manufacturing Engineer: The most expansive area of the Manufacturing Division, Engineers are responsible for a variety of metal and electrical works. Engineers have been trained in the handling and installation of expensive and dangerous materials seen in many security systems around FUMUKU International factories, offices and farms.

Manufacturing Builder: The builders are responsible for the building and design of most of the corporation’s buildings and defences seen today. Builders are trained in the use of a wide variety of power tools, and exercise rigorous safety and conduct rules.

Manufacturing Technician: Technicians are highly trained in the installation and maintenance of dangerous and expensive Security equipment, including: Cameras, Turrets, Doors and Less-Than-Lethal deterrents. Technicians are also able to attend a Protocol and Procedure course upon entry.

The FUMUKU International Manufacturing Division consists of 4 classes of clearance and three Sub-Divisions. These Tiers are listed from lowest to highest:

Manufacturing Trainee: Class D: Class D trainees are trained in Level 1 training courses and have basic responsibilities within the workplace. Class D trainees are only authorized to Class D sectors and may only use equipment and materials assigned to them. From this point, Class D Trainees will be trained into a Subdivision by the Division Head or by a designated training instructor.

The Class D tier contains of three Sub Divisions:

Manufacturing Engineer Class D: Class D Engineers are responsible for a variety of small time metal and electrical works. Engineers are assigned to basic repairs of corroded metals and electrical circuits, along with the installation of new structural designs and maintenance. Class D Engineers only have access to Class D sectors and equipment.

Manufacturing Builder Class D: Class D Builders are responsible for small time repairs to decayed buildings and structures, along with designing small Security gates and Outposts. Class D Builders only have access to Class D sectors and equipment.

Manufacturing Technician Class D: Class D Technicians are responsible for maintaining secure networks and security feeds, along with implementing new basic circuits for replacement. Class D Technicians have access to Class D sectors and equipment, but may also have access to Class C sectors with authorization.

Manufacturing Trainee Class C: Class C trainees are workers ready to be trained into a Level 2 training course for their specific Subdivisions. When on leave from training, Class C trainees may continue with any outstanding projects in their dedicated division within a Class D work-zone only.

Class C Workers found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.

The Class C tier contains of three Sub Divisions:

Manufacturing Engineer Class C: Class C Engineers are now responsible for bigger and more dangerous repairs of corroded metal and materials, along with repairs and maintenance on advanced structures. Class C Engineers may also be assigned to a new build project if required. Class C Engineers have full access to Class C and D Sectors.

Manufacturing Builder Class C: Class C Builders are responsible for the intermediate repairs and maintenance of buildings and structures, and may also be assigned to a solo or team build project within a time-limit. Class C Builders have full access to Class D and C Sectors.

Manufacturing Technician Class C: Class C Technicians are responsible for maintaining more advanced networks and Security feeds, while engaging in the maintenance of more expensive and dangerous electrical equipment. Class C Technicians have full access to Class D and C sectors and may also have access to Class B Sectors upon authorization.

Manufacturing Trainee Class B: Class B trainees are workers ready to be trained in a Level 3 training course of their specific Sub-Divisions. While awaiting training, Class B trainees may continue with any outstanding projects in their dedicated division within a Class D and or C work-zone only.

The Class B tier contains four Sub Divisions:

Manufacturing Engineer Class B: Class B Engineers now have a bigger and more important role to accommodate, and may be assigned to a project with a team of up to 5 peers; they have full access to heavy and dangerous equipment. Class B Engineers have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors.

Manufacturing Builder Class B: Class B Builders are highly experienced workers who may move into a Supervisory role if they so wish. Class B Builders may be assigned to a project with a team of up to 5 peers, and have full access to heavy and dangerous equipment. Class B Builders have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors.

Manufacturing Technician Class B: Class B Technicians may lead small Security stations and outposts. Class B technicians have the necessary skills to implement FUMUKU International’s top tier electronic systems and networks, and have full access to Class B, C and D Sectors, and may also have access to Class A sectors if authorized.

Manufacturing Supervisor:Manufacturing Supervisors are there to maintain a steady workflow and to ensure the emplaced safety precautions are being followed. Supervisors can also work on a project equivalent to their previous role in one of the subdivisions. Supervisors have full access to Class B, C and D sectors, and may also have access to Class A sectors if authorized.

Manufacturing Trainee Class A: Class A trainees are workers ready to be trained in a Level 4 training course for their specific Subdivisions. When on leave from training, Class A trainees may continue working on any outstanding projects in their dedicated division within a Class B, C or D work-zone only.

Manufacturing Engineer Class A: Due to the extensive amount of training needed to achieve a Class A Clearance, Class A Engineers are an Elite and small group that have mastered most aspects of Engineering, and can be seen leading a large group on a large scale project. Class A Engineers have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors.

Manufacturing Builder Class A: Class A Builders are also a small group of master builders who design and implement some of FUMUKU International’s biggest and most advanced construction projects. Class A Builders have full access to Class A, B, C and D Building Sectors.

Manufacturing Technician Class A: Class A Technicians maintain and superve network and security systems within high security workplaces. Class A Technicians also have the required training to handle small scale explosive devices, to use with more advanced Security equipment. Class A Technicians have full access to Class A, B, C and D Sectors, and they may also have access to A+ Sectors if authorized.

In the year of 1997 Z.Massani approached C.Malkrin of FUMUKU Int, with a business proposal.

The proposal was a financial loan of [REDACTED] amount. This was to fund the development of a legal corporation, named at the time, Massani and associates litigation, specialising in the laws of contract, tort and information disclosure. The proposal was accepted due to the stress Z.Massani put on representative litigation for the economically challenged and persons who could not afford exceptional solicitors nor the inevitable costs and security required for any contract. The company was extremely successful in it's endeavours due to several high cost cases it secured for international businesses, despite the losses suffered from representing the 'lower class' of client for which the company became famous. However Z.Massani was eventually voted off the board of directors of the company and despite his investiture in it and service, was removed from it's board of solicitors. In the twelve years that followed the company gradually lost many of the clients Z.Massani had accumulated and it's finance as well as it's reputation for defending all who asked in court. This did not escape the attention of C.Malkrin, or FUMUKU Int, who set in motion the painstaking process of acquiring the company, and locating Z.Massani. At current in 2013 the company once run by Z.Massani is now a sister division to FUMUKU Int. Security services, but is now headed by J.Skylynx, appointed to the head of FUMUKU Int. Legal services by C.Malkrin.

FUMUKU Int. Legal services, referred to as the department for brevity, is a sister division with the Security division. Working on both matters of public interest and FUMUKU policy, as well as representing the citizens of any nation who ask for legal aid. The department provides not only specialist legal aid to FUMUKU Int, but a strong source of finance and commercial security, as well as a positive community image.

The department provides a secondary function, being a sister division with the Security services, all personnel working within the department are also security officers, and can be employed as such, it is a dual role. The Legal officers, accompany security agents on contract, to ensure that all terms of FUMUKU Int. are met and to protect it's reputation, staff and clients from any unlawful act, arising from any party. Due to this dual role the department, requires a higher standard from it's officers, demonstrating not only legal proficiency but also having met positive reviews on deployment and being at least grade C security officers. However the department also requires an enhanced security clearance, seen as an addition to the grade of officer, due to the nature of the legal work, members of the department are often exposed to, or in contact with classified documents, and as such require a different security rating.

Due to it's nature and the deployment of it's officers and or agents, the department uses a different rank structure. Unlike other FUMUKU Int. departments and divisions it does not utilise the glass D/T or D ranks in any form. Instead having four separate ranks, which are attached to the individuals security clearance. The rank structure for the department is listed below from lowest to highest.

Legal trainee Class C/OL1: Class C/OL1 Legal trainees are trained with Standard Level OL1 training. This allows them access to a Level 1 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less than lethal deterrent, and in the most extreme of cases, access to Level 2 firearms and body armor.

Class C/OL1 Legal trainees make up the bulk of FUMUKU Int. Legal Services Division.

Specialising in interviewing clients, and preparing case documents and the facts for assessment from a senior OL rated officer, they perform the ground work for the Legal department, often engaging in interviews, surveillance and client monitoring pending a security contract. They have limited enhanced security due to the rarity of them encountering classified documents. This rank confers no special privileges with regard to operations other than enhanced security disclosure and an enhanced allowance for office supplies.

Class C/OL1 Trainees found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.

Legal Adjudicator Class C: Class C Legal Adjudicator are trained with Standard Level OL2 training; this allows them access to a Level 2 Sidearm, a Level 1 and 2 Less than lethal deterrent, body armor and in the event it is required, access to Level 3 firearms will be granted.

Legal adjudicators are deployed alongside security officers, and are well versed in the terms of FUMUKU int's Contracting, able to provide legal advice, and guide security officers to ensure the terms of the contract are met and the law is followed to the letter. May not authorise actions against FUMUKU personnel, merely report them, they may however act to protect the company if instructed by at least 2 persons of ranks not less than OJA, OLA3 or A++.

Class C/OL2 Legal Adjudicator found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.

Having a highly enhanced security clearance the Legal Arbitrators, act in a varied set of capacities, foremost their role is; to defend FUMUKU Int, should it be summoned to court, to advise management on the contractual obligations and statutes which will effect FUMUKU Int, and to advise on [REDACTED] operations, as well as ensure that the law is followed by all staff members.

They also advise on any action by FUMUKU Int, unions and strikes. OLA3 ranks have autonomy of action in so far as they may authorise the use of less than lethal detention of FUMUKU personnel who are attempting a criminal act contrary to the beliefs and or standards of FUMUKU Int, and any act which may detriment the reputation of FUMUKU Int.

Class C/OL3 officers found under the influence of any and all illegal narcotics or alcohol will have any clearances immediately revoked and their employment will be terminated.

The Judge Advocate is a singular individual heading FUMUKU Int, legal services. Due to his role he is responsible only in his legal capacity to the managers of FUMUKU Int, and has full security clearance for any matter that requires his consult. His main role is to oversee the training of legal officers, or appoint a training officer/program in his stead, as well as to collate personnel reports on all officers who are under review. He also sits in advisement on issues pertaining to internal matters of FUMUKU Int, and is often consulted on employee misconduct, pursuant to any breech of the contractual obligations of any personnel employed by FUMUKU Int. This role also includes supervising [REDACTED] operations and ensuring that all agents follow the law, and failing that is granted freedom of action to protect FUMUKU Int's image and reputation, including on site suspension of an employee and authorising [REDACTED] to stop any action which could be illegal and or damaging to FUMUKU Int.

Addendum: The security ranks shown above apply only in the function of the Legal department and confer no special privilege associated with rank for any person so employed by the Legal department whilst working under their secondary role of security officer. They are an attached rank to the normal rank of the person holding at least a Grade C in the Security Division. For example a Class A/OL1 may exist, in the legal department but Class C was chosen for illustrative purposes due to that being the minimum requirement for entry to the Legal Department.

Explanation of rank. OL1,2,3 is an acronym to indicate the individuals employment in FUMUKU Int legal services, and means Office of the Law, shortened to OL.

OJA is an acronym to indicate the individuals senior position in FUMUKU Int, legal services, and means Office of the Judge Advocate, shortened to OJA.

FUMUKU Contract of employment.

You the person seeking to be employed by FUMUKU International, do so agree to all terms contained here-within, FUMUKU International unreservedly reserves the right to enforce all conditions contained within by any and all legal means possible, and may do so at any time without prior notice. FUMUKU International reserves the right to terminate your employment for breach of the contract terms contained within without notice or compensation of any loss caused by FUMUKU Internationals actions.

S:1 Conditions of employment for FUMUKU International.

1) You must be of appropriate age to be employed, if found to have falsified any evidence, form or document, your employment will be terminated immediately.

2) You must have a clean criminal record, if found to have falsified any evidence, form or document, your employment will be terminated immediately.

3) You may not work for any agency or company as well as FUMUKU International if found to have falsified any evidence, form or document, your employment will be terminated immediately.

4) You must follow all instructions from senior officials at FUMUKU who will be named in the contract, unless the instructions are illegal or expressly damaging to FUMUKU International. If you attempt to use this term as a means to commit illegal or damaging acts, your employment will be terminated, and you will be held solely liable, FUMUKU International reserves the right to seize your assets to compensate any loss, and to detain and transfer you to the correct law authority.

5) Entering a restricted area, by restricted area FUMUKU International refers to the security clearance system, will result in immediate termination of employment.

6) Assaulting another member of FUMUKU International will result in immediate termination of employment, as will actions of larceny or any other illegal act against FUMUKU International.

7) You may not engage in any other type of business be it personnel or commercial on FUMUKU property.

8 ) FUMUKU International reserves the right to alter and or/change this notice without prior notice, your attention will be drawn to the amended document.

9) FUMUKU International reserves the right to terminate employment and seize your assets if you are found to be engaged in any illegal activity including but not limited to, assisting criminals, car theft, murder, distribution of narcotics, and the sale of stolen goods, this list is not exhaustive.

10) FUMUKU reserves the right to terminate your employment if you are found to be stealing office supplies and we will exhaust no measure to recompense our loss.

11) Harassment of FUMUKU staff will result in immediate employment termination.

12) Hiring of persons to act against the interests of FUMUKU International, will result in immediate employment termination.

13) Any FUMUKU International employees found using the words ''Yolo and/or Swag'' will be detained for re-education.

14) FUMUKU International employees are not to ask for a promotion, nor to pester the managing director.

15) FUMUKU International employees will take direction from either the managing director, or the highest ranking employee who is available to direct them, the management may appoint on the site commanders at their discretion.

1) Any contract howsoever signed with FUMUKU International, will be null and void at the managing directors discretion, or the legal director, if any of the following conditions are met,

The employing government has become a dictatorship.
The employing government is abusing the position of power to harm civilians.
These terms are not exclusive and give no rise to liability in the laws of tort for slander or misrepresentation, nor the law of contract.
The termination of this contract must be communicated at least once to the contractor by the contractee, proof of reciept and/or acknowledgment of this message is not required.

This section applies only to official government bodies.

FUMUKU International: Reconnoiter Policy

The first point of contact for establishing a contract with FUMUKU Int, security will be an interview conducted by by a member of FUMUKU Int, Legal department. The interview will be used for two purposes, one to determine the legitimacy of the contract, and likely threats to the client. The questions will be asked in a set order, to determine the price the client can afford, what threat level the client is at, and what exactly the client needs protecting, from whom, and why, all with reference to the contractual terms and conditions. The questions are as follows;

1) How many persons do you currently have associated to you, or in your employment.

2) What is the nature of your business?

3) Have you or your premises, or anyone associated to you, been attacked by a specific individual or group, and if so whom are the attackers.

4) Do you agree with the conditions in the contract. (You do not need proof that they read it, just reasonable belief they did)

5) Where is your premises, and how secure is it?

6) Are you prepared to follow directions of FUMUKU Int, security agents for the benefit of your safety? And allow them full access to your property to fully assess the best way to protect you.

7) Do you agree to the prices per agent, for FUMUKU Int, security.

At this point report the answers to the Managing officer on site at FUMUKU Int, and get a team of 2 persons for pre-contract reconnaissance. At this point you will conduct a reconnaissance of the property, observe and record persons, vehicles and any unusual activity that may void the contract. If you see any illegal activity occurring, you are to remain on station and relay the following information to the security division and the police, location, persons involved, activity, and await backup, unless instructed by an OL3/OJA/A rank or higher, at this point you may intervene lawfully.

If the contract is successfully signed and authorised, you will proceed to the next stage, and contact two persons of at least Grade C security division, or Grade C/OL2 Legal division. You are to use cars unaffiliated to FUMUKU Int, and alter your identification to show you are not in FUMUKU Int, employ and conduct a full reconnaissance of the following:

1) The location of client.

2) Entry routes to the area

3) Ease of entry

4) Roads and escape routes.

5) Known enemies of the client

6) Their premise, following the law, and report vehicles/persons there and any suspicious activity

7) a fall back position to safely keep the client.

8 ) a secondary fall back position that is easily held.

When reconnaissance is being conducted on known enemies, be aware of vehicles and potential pursuit speed, weaponry, and their proximity to the client, if they live next door we attempt to move the client unobserved and maintain an illusion the client is still at the premise. You may use distraction techniques including but not limited to flares, inciting verbal arguments, and vehicular collisions.

Once the above is established proceed to stage 3 of the operation.
You will need three teams for a successful CP operation. CP refers to Close Protection.

First team will stay with the client at all times.

Second team will maintain an OP (Observation point) at the point of access to the property.

Third team will maintain eyes on known antagonistic groups or threats to client.

Third team will report any activity, including departure of or arrival of vehicles, and be prepared to act as a QRF (Quick Reaction Force) third team, will follow in unmarked vehicles, if the threat leaves their premises. If called as a QRF third team must respond ASAP, and will pincer the threat between them and First team with co-ordinated fire and denial of cover. If unable to respond the should inform Second team.

Second team will observe and identify if the threat approaches the OP, and will attempt delaying tactics including road access control measures. If QRF is unavailable second team is to react with lethal force on confirmed threats, and deter them at the entry point.

First team will secure the client and prepare to resist any aggressive or hostile action with lethal force, if armed men (excluding police officers) come running at the CP BO (Close Protection Base of Operations) Lethal force is to be used to deter them at all costs, once a threat is verified. First team is also responsible for security of clients premises and will establish a bulletproof safe box for the client that is discreet and hidden, and must set up positions of fire to pincer threats between them and team three. Who will be engaging and eliminating the threat.

Once a threat has been contained the client is to be moved in his vehicle to the fall back position, due to risk of death to the client he is not to be moved until threat is eliminated. Whilst in transit, the clients vehicle is to be sandwiched between Second and Third teams vehicles, to provide a limited target on client and protect his life, to this effect the client must not be the driver of his vehicle, and the clients vehicle will be driven by First team. If contacted (fired upon) the convoy will stop in a safe manner and return lethal fire protecting the client at all times.

If in transit of the client the convoy is pursued by a hostile vehicle, Second team is to pull off from the convoy and block the pursuing vehicle, Third team is to accelerate into the trapped vehicle, and dismount and open fire killing the occupants of the hostile vehicle, Third team will then remount, and proceed with the convoy as usual, first team should secure the client as soon as possible and proceed regardless to a safe location.

If this policy causes conflict with any law officer or agent operating as such, FUMUKU Int operatives are to direct that officer/agents attention to this policy.

This should enable the successful completion of any CP detail, the teams should consist of at least two persons, armed with AK-47 or equivalent type weapons, and kevlar body armour. Of course this level of security will incur a high cost, as this is the best policy and level of protection we at FUMUKU Int offer.

The National Dismantlement Incident was one of the great catalysts in modern legal thought, and paved the way for a unique supreme court decision, that created the first mega corporation in the world.
The National Dismantlement Incident was a conflict between two parties, one was FUMUKU International, and the other was a detachment from the United States Army.

An explanation in the background for the National Dismantlement Incident is necessary to fully appreciate the legal decision that followed the supreme court case.
Prior to the incident, FUMUKU International was contracted by the United States Military Complex, to conduct research into nuclear fuel and enriched uranium. The specific details of this contract are not necessary to understand that this contract involved research into nuclear materials, and nuclear technology in general.

The complex was established by FUMUKU International within the city limits of Detroit , in a disused chemical manufacturing plant. As per the agreement,The United States Military assisted in constructing a campaign to disguise the facility as a billboard factory, the theory behind this being that "covert is more secure than overt."
The military kept close oversight on the facility, but primarily left security to FUMUKU International.
After three years of stable operation without incident, a great tragedy struck. A group known as Arteria attacked.
They are an eco-terrorism group, well funded and well armed, but ideologically challenged. They penetrated the outer security of the facility and murdered several of the guards, including both military and corporate personnel.

In response to this, FUMUKU International removed all United States Military personnel from the facility, and deployed en masse the largest concentrated private security force to be seen on US Soil. Over fifteen hundred security officers were called in and the entire facility was sectioned off.

The United States Military declared this an act of war, and sent a detachment to siege the compound. This detachment broke the established Rules of Engagement for the operation and killed several FUMUKU International security personnel. FUMUKU International defended itself with force, and repelled the initial assault.

The United States Military filed a law suit against FUMUKU International, meanwhile maintaining the cordon, and attempting to negotiate a cease fire/surrender of FUMUKU International property and personnel.
The terms of the law suit were for breach of contract for inadequate defensive measures to protect the sensitive project, and contained a criminal case; which contained charges of murder, illegally raising a military force, and using military assets against the host nation.
The case caused uproar in the courts, and went to the supreme court of the United States.
FUMUKU International argued that they were providing a national service, with insurmountable risk, that the military unnecessarily intervened and limited their ability to protect said service. Furthermore they argued that, as the host nation proved inept at defending its own assets, FUMUKU International had every right to act as a nation state itself in deploying an appropriate task force to adequately protect said assets for the benefit of the nation.

The case eventually reached a verdict, and that verdict created the first extra-national corporation, or Corporate nation.
The Court ruled that if corporations have many of the same functions of a government, such as providing their own power, nuclear energy, or any asset of such importance it deserves the same protection as any nation would normally provide, they have a right to defend themselves and their functions with the same facilities and services as would be expected of a nation. It was also ruled that the terrorist attack that sparked the National Dismantlement Incident, was an attack directed solely against FUMUKU International, and as an entity, FUMUKU International had every right to take reasonable measures to defend themselves, their infrastructure, employees and the host nation in which the aforementioned facility was located.

FUMUKU International was thus allowed to behave like a corporate nation. It received extraterritoriality, and authorized a payment of $19.7 Billion USD to the United States Government as an abatement and purchase for the city of Detroit, Michigan. As such the first mega-corporation had emerged.

The court case above ushered in a new era for the world: The corporate nation, with a virtually unlimited budget, limited taxation, and a massive research and development program, the corporate nation distributes developments and cutting edge technology as it's developed.

FUMUKU International has since provided multinational industry and employment, present in virtually all parts of the world, providing countless and munificent opportunities to the best and brightest that the planet has to offer, with the ultimate goal to promote business, commerce, and freedom of information to all.
