Actually, in that context, the word "inobedientia" or "pertinacia" would be needed, considering the top line has a literal meaning of "Because blood of my blood."

So the bottom line would be "Non poterimus tolerare inobedientia."

Didn't mean for this to cause such banter. The bottom is not a translation of the top. It's two separate sentences.
