Oh and by the way, Truenorth is StormFox compatible.

My opinion on Truenorth since I had a bash!
Pros:
- Most of the shops are on one road, Main Street which will keep everyone together when in the city for when they are doing some shopping
- Townhall has a court room, mayors office and many more.
- The hospital is next to the emergency services station
- Police station has a rec room, large garage, prison system with automatic doors which you need to open and close from the control room.
- Nice countryside to roam.
- Long roads which don't suddenly do a sharp turn but curve so you don't have to hit those breaks all the time
- Large areas for building in the countryside
- Buildings have little to none interior decoration allowing custom decorations!
- No annoying PA system in townhall!!!!! its actually a limelight feature
Cons:
- Map rendering can be off, you see some of the skybox stuff clip into view and then disappear when in certain locations, and not all the skybox is covered by trees or mountains.
- Some buildings you can see whitelines from where they have textured, not a big thing but still there.
- Map can be big, people will be spread out if they are not living in the city area.
- A few shops on mainst are shops you cannot enter.
- A weird trainsound in the background which kinda gives you a darkRP server vibe but nothing too serious

The skybox stuff clipping I have reported to him and he said he's looking into it.
Could you provide pics of the white lines?
I think the map being big is not an issue as the atmosphere is supposed to be a countryside by default so it fits the theme, however
there are still hotspots such as the lake, the city and industrial.
I have mentioned this before, however the map creator expressed his concerns regarding too many shops that would be left empty
or slow down rendering thus performance.
The train sound belongs to an actual train in industrial going across the map. Though I agree the sound's range should be shortened.
If you have any issues, please post a suggestion here:
Or post a bug report here:
PS: The map creator said here that he will "add new rooms to the town hall for sure" after I've mentioned
adding a few more rooms to it.

im glad the map creator is actively fixing it, ill slap some screenshots next time I go on the map which will be when i finish doing stupid things on the server
I think truenorth is in too early stages right now but it looks like it has some positives.
On a side note, I'm back in the UK for Christmas so I have no access to LL, how can I vote or when does the vote expire?

So you'll never do it then. Got it.

I honestly thought this was the a map vote because of the title of the thread, I'm a bit confused.

I honestly thought this was the a map vote because of the title of the thread, I'm a bit confused.
We're using it to get more data. Whilst it looks like TN is leading the vote, if it comes up that it gives every 1 FPS and crashes every 5 minutes, then it's not getting in. The community wants stability and good framerates, as well as specific maps. Hence why people are voting on what maps they would be happy with. For example, people might be happy with both v5p and v17x. With a normal vote, they must vote for v5p, otherwise TN would win (tactical voting). With this, you can actually vote for anything you'd be happy with.
It's not a direct "most votes = map we use" due to other constraints. It's likely to be, but there are always other things we have to keep in mind.
In the end, vote for any map you'd be happy to play on.
