Why am I even involved to this PR then? Makes no sense

For agreeing to come with 2 shotguns over a $250 fine - failrp, this would never happen in real life or in the game usually. You wouldnt risk such a pricey gun over a $250 fine

Maybe you should ask what exactly is going on before coming with a big shotgun?
With a big shotgun in my back? You wouldnt most likely listen to me in that situation

2. I can take risks ICly if I want, but the main point was that boshine did need help.
Bringing a $8000 shotgun (2) to someone being fined $250 would be failrp in my opinion

Because i had a gun and had additionals around the area near by me doing other traffic stops that would get a quick response

If he was under gunpoint, then radio shouldn't of been activated. Could of been roleplayed out by the use of /me and /roll, but that didn't happen.

I'll review and conclude tonight. Any other opinions of those involved should be posted in the meantime.

Should boshine tell all the facts in the radio? Like I mentioned above, I can take risks ICly if I want. The main purpose was saving Boshine, not to kill you. If i recall correctly he didnt ever mention it was a cop in there.

You cant take risks ICly that are completely unrealistic. You said boshine said 'why would i bring a gun to inner shell' in radio but you choose to just come jump out with shotguns without asking whats going on? 

Think about it, if you wher egetting fined $60 (about the equivilent of $250 in cityrp) would you really risk your life, expensive gun and all that stuff instead of handing over $60?
