Did you even read what I said? Buildings are one of the biggest factors that keep people like me coming. I for example, if I can't build and I'm stuck on a default map with the same fucking stagnant pre-decorated shops and buildings, I'm gonna fuckin go out of boredom lmao

But playing on a circle for 3 years straight is not boring? (We did switch to Rockford for like 4 months but still)
So, the less time I've spent on LL, the more time I've had to think about the freedom to build in our community. Although it is nice to have open space to build custom shops or beautiful facilities, it does get weird mish moshing different styles. This map allows for one, universal-style guideline of sorts due to their own preset exteriors. Not to mention the fantastic quality of the map allows for PLENTY of spaces to hide, run, and evade in a fully urban environment

No actually, because I’m constantly building new things lmao

Fair point everyone has there own opinion on things and I respect that.

I agree I would love to see an actual police manhunt instead of driving in a circle for 5min and then find the suspect.

Yeah, it’s not that I don’t like the map I love it, but I’m concerned that it would fuck with the no holds barred creative freedom we have when the only places to build are in the lake or in peoples car parks (don’t see the PD being too happy with me building in their car park for example).

Also in reply to soviethooves, I have to say that actually if anything this map would make the mish mash of different styles even more obvious and in your face because of the constriction of areas to build, unless you ban building completely (people will leave if you do that) people are still going to do it just with a lot less space to do so.

I am somewhat hyped for other opportunities this map could bring though, eg I like building boats, I wanna build a fucking warship in that river

Edit: We would definitely need new liveries as well, as most of the current ones would not fit at all anymore.

I think the liveries we have would fit well. Most of them anyway.

My only complaint is the lack of a large blank area to build in.
For everyone talking about large places to build..

What about having buildings on the water, attached to the docs?

Yeah the water area on the map is 20 times bigger then grassy field

Yeah, you could create an entire waterfront district, with whatever you wanted to build there. It’s huge.
And it has better FPS so I mean come on who doesn't want that!

The least we could do is have this map for like a week just to see how it is.

I also wanna say the game mode is called ''CityRP'' not ''Big nexus building and small town around it RP'' I would love to see us actually RP in a city for once.
By the way, to prove a point, this took 5 minutes.

Its very easy to build into the water and get car access, Theirs other areas of the map to do this aswell.

Sorry, but it is "Big nexus building and small town in a retarded tiny loop RP".

See this man gets it.
So for the people saying there was nowhere to build, and that the shops where pre built I did some research for you.

#1: The props inside shops are props, and are able to be deleted, demonstrated below.

Also, I have highlighted some empty spots for building, THIS IS NEW YORK CITY, IT IS A CRAMPED AND BUSY CITY, IT IS NOT THE WIDE OPEN FIELDS LIKE MIDDLE AMERICA, therefore it is going to take a different approach to building.

On a side note almost every roof is accessible, and their is tons of building potential here.
