thank you for your wishes, but idk anger and all isnt good towards anyone but still find it bullshit how I am banned for not following orders when actually he did that and more thats all im tryna say and get my ban lifted off discord as its a bullshit ban that doesnt need to be in place

If it was bullshit as you claim, HR would have intervened. They're more than aware of both the ban and this appeal, and I imagine would have said something a long time ago if they found it to be invalid. Again, this isn't for you to decide.

HR's don't seem to intervene in anything idk if u noticed, it was a bullshit ban, its not called claiming, I was there, u werent, hr's werent, the logs dont show shit since i was banned and idk if they deleted chats after I was banned of him tagging bambo on and on but i did stop when stell said to stop the 2nd time, the kid kept tagging bambo fueling the heat, i ignored, bambo tags me, i reply to bambo about my april appeal, he says well sorry about my mom and he will be banning me

WHERE in that is not listening to staff? if anything it should be that kid, so it is a bullshit ban, PLEASE dont bring up HR's as I don't see them doing much tbh just ranks that are there

Muh feelings. HR don't intervene because there's nothing wrong with the ban. What does feel wrong is how you can think you can get somewhere by still refusing to admit you are wrong. Something something definition of insanity something something read doc's reply a few more times.

Zhark, respectfully, did you listen to a word of what I said? Snarky comments won't help you, and I'm very tempted to start issuing forum warnings if you continue to make remarks like that. Sure, you may be angry and upset or whatever but one more remark and I'll start to issue warning levels. Sorry I was meant to conclude this Friday, but ended up being busy.

However, I'll be reviewing and concluding this UBR. So where to start, the way you've acted in your so-called unban request is poor. If you're attempted to persuade is that you want to be unbanned, you need to correct attitude. Which you clearly forgot. You literally sat there and borderline insulted the whole staff team. Which shows us that you're not ready to be unbanned, for a very long time. You blame us for the way you acted. You're big enough and old enough to answer for your own actions. You're on the bloody internet, if you're going to be offended by everything and everyone. I strongly advise on not coming on the internet anymore. We've tried to explain this to you many times, but for some reason you do not listen to a word we have to say. You're too stubborn to take into account that you was wrong aswell, and it was your own fault you cannot 'control' your anger. 

Secondly, to top it all off. You've ignored HR several times. I gave you a simple instruction about not contacting staff regarding your ban. I personally explained the correct procedure several times. Which again, you do not have the capability to actually listen to a word we all say. So around two ish weeks ago, I explained to you very clearly if you contact anyone on the staff team regarding your ban. You clearly ignored me and claimed you had forgotten. Which again, is your problem, not mine. So therefore you've shot yourself in the foot. Constantly pestering us, will result in your appeal being straight up denied.

So, to officially finish it off. This appeal is denied.
