As someone who i'd say is on decent terms with a few staff, I can honestly say there is a clear bias between admins and their mates. Not naming names, but it's as clear as day. I'm sure people know who we're talking about, but there's a select group of people who quite easily get custom player models, props/custom materials added to their cars ect. These RP's are usually underwhelming for the most part, and just plain mingey at the worst of times. Not only are they poor examples of RP, they also stop staff, teachers and high experience roleplayers away from the new players, as they're almost always in a group or gang with eachother. I don't think there's anyway to solve this issue though, as it is just human nature for staff to be more lenient with their friends, but also more likely to RP with them.

If it's a report of another player breaking the rules, the members of staff investigating may be looking into logs and staff tools and potentially even talking to the player you've reported. The whole situation may be concluded already before you are aware of it (and you may not be contacted at all). The members of staff may spectate the situation and find that no rule violations are taking place. Sometimes the staff members are busy roleplaying or doing something else. If it's a call you make to request assistance for yourself, don't expect a staff member to drop everything they are doing to come set your model ASAP (or similar).

I do believe that the admin response that saids that staff are dealing with your @ call should be used alot more I only see moderators using mainly and this would fix issues like the spamming of @ calls and people getting pissed because they think that no one is sorting the call out.

Bias behavior has been damaging Limelight's community for quite some time now and it is by no means an easy fix but white washing it does nothing to aid it. Player reports and clan decisions are in particular deeply rooted with bias decision making by administrative personal. Player reports by/of clan members being snatched by the clan leaders, administrators going out of their way to get certain player reports seemingly because they do not like the person reported or being reported.

Rules being made up, actions being compared with real life examples even when the actions are conflicting with rules are all strong examples of this. There seems to be an extreme lack of transparency when it comes to this sort of thing and I can see why people would think nothing is being done about it, I subscribe to this notion usually, especially when it frequently happens in even recent times. You know who I am talking about. 

Administrators going to extremes to defend their friends in player reports via hidden posts is another great example of this. Something to consider.

For custom models, there's been three major occurrences that I've set them:
OPUS's clan shit,
RP shit that I run.
Cops going undercover.

We don't tend to be asked for them in other circumstances.

I've only added props to someone's car once, which was your own car, which was for a well-defined RP.

Materials, I tend to be more lenient with, and as such will set a tinted window on my own vehicle most times I get it out. However, this is a minor cosmetic change, and as such, doesn't really matter. Again, we're not asked to do it.
