The number of reports of people is not what matters, but the quality of the reports themselves and what they provide.

Much like how I enforce the servers rules, no amount of people screaming at me that a player did a thing wrong will make me rule on them unless actual evidence of malicious intent can be shown to prove what they claim.

People have friends.  Staff aren't an exception to this.  However staff still tend to do their job correctly regardless of who's involved.  When I have an issue with an FI member, I go talk to Blackdog about it.  If there is anything to be done, he does it, regardless of the friendship.

That being said, people who tend to be on the unfavorable outcome side of sits are usually the ones claiming biased behavior.  If you feel like the person is biased, make a video and submit it.  Make sure it records what you say, and if it doesn't use text.  Then submit that to HR or the Abuse section, whichever flavor you prefer.

I'm not saying bias doesn't happen, but more often its simply an emotional response to an unexpected and unfavorable outcome that coincidentally involves friends or associates to the responding staff member.  That doesn't guarantee them any safety when it comes to a ruling, only that they'll probably get yelled at via steam after in addition to whatever punishment they receive.

I think you need to chill. I simply stated the truth. You can't expect HR to make a case without evidence to the claim.

When a member of staff resigns for "following months of bullshit from some staff certian group of LL staff members, having being tired of them and their bullshit and biased behavoir" it begs to question the true extent the accused bias and how bad it is behind closed doors, the bias some claim to be non-existent.

A member of staff essentially resigning over this does not bode well. A true shame that this has been allowed to get to the extent of members who have been here since the beginning deciding to up and leave because of it. It's disappointing that this is not the first and sadly won't be the last.
