On a side note, I didn't ask for veteran as I believe, I didn't serve enough time or do enough to actually grant it. Thank you all again for being so kind during my time. I have heard some interesting insults, saw some really creative ways of building, and met great people even though I had to blacklist some.

Please, for the love of Bambonoffs please do not argue for minor things and be welcoming to new players and their mistakes. Pointing out their mistakes in an aggressive fashion and making a report on them does not always help the new players and is not a warm welcoming to them. Also as police your job isn't to just swing the baton. We argue aggressively too much, and we are almost always negative. I haven't seen one update be released without someone nitpicking a minor detail to find a problem with it and make it appear major. We are a community more than individuals. We can even be considered a family. There can be arguments yes, but that shouldn't get to the point of griefing or being salty. My last request of you is be welcoming, be nice, because when the staff team decide on stuff, they decide with you in their mind. There can be criticism but please have it constructive, tell them how they can improve in the future. We need to talk about things to make this 'relationship' work. You are the welcoming party when someone new enters the server, and if you care about the server, please care about the new players and how it might affect the community.

but nah memes aside, i think everyone should actually read that and be considerate when posting PR's on new players for little things. Take them aside and help them learn, otherwise you'll just turn them away.

Just because a PR says this new player has bad behaviour in OOC doesn't mean it has to be accepted. Admins can also choose not to accept it based on the player is new or inexperienced.

Just because some dickhead wants to get a great feeling out of getting somebody banned doesntmean it has to happen

Implying someone posted a PR on you (and got accepted) because they don't like you and not because you're dead weight who does nothing but break rules continuously
