Faustie provided me with access (thanks again!) and I pulled the latest storage-api changes. However, turns out that there is one remaining problem that needs to be fixed. Some permissions of the underlaying filesystem are incorrect, therefore only a few people are affected. Faustie already knows it and it's going to be sorted very quickly, no worries.

In addition, you can now check invalid dupes by using the map view:

All done! Permissions have been fixed.
