Description: It is possible to tie someone up when they have a weapon in their hands despite a prompt saying otherwise.

I suppose this could have been a hidden report but it's not particularly game-breaking and you can sort of just shoot the person trying to tie you up.
When you try to do it you get a prompt saying you can't tie them up but you do anyways. I would have recorded this happening but Rhys has a weapons blacklist and I didn't want to bother anyone into coming online so I could get a video of it. Also Rhys expressed his concern for being banned for breaking fearrp, so please do not ban him as we were the only two people active on the server and I asked him to help me get video of it.
