Explain your suggestion, in detail: move binoculars and handcuffs to misc 

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: because it makes sense for them to be in the misc section and i dont think handcuffs or a pair of binoculars is going to harm you. its also limiting people with weapons blacklists rp

Yeah and if you can't be trusted with weapons, I wouldn't trust you with driving a vehicle, nor being on the server. +Support to perming anyone with a weapons blacklist.

Weapons are supposed to be used (Not their function) as a deterrent, a means of self defense, or a means to control someone. Detaining someone is mostly used for one’s safety during a situation and to control someone. 

Vehicles have uses outside of Aggressive RP
Being on the server doesn’t automatically mean you have to do Aggressive RP.

Feel your argument is a little stretched.
