I personally think that the GPD gunfight was the final nail in the coffin, WY just haven't been the same since being sniped off their own buildings and their employees using their heads to block bullets.

Due to a recent influx of contracts readily available in the city, we will be garrisoning a small detachment of WY-SEC operatives to fill the demand for experienced security personnel.
