Dear colleagues, members of the public, friends,

Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19 I have been asked by CEO Peter Weyland () to put in place measures to both respond to the outbreak and to protect our colleagues.

In response to the outbreak, I am glad to announce that we will be temporarily partnering with MERCY Hospitals to support each other's medical operations and jointly staff each other's hospitals. We will also both be reducing our medical prices for the time being by more than 50%. This temporary partnership will allow us to combine our resources effectively and will last until the end of the coronavirus outbreak.

WY-SEC will respond to the outbreak, as it often does in times of crisis, to provide support to our government colleagues in any way we can. We will continue to treat victims in our hospitals, provide our ambulances to support hospitals and provide our staff to support them too. We will be assisting businesses with logistics, free of charge, in order to ensure that there are no interruptions in the supply chain and will also help our partners maintain security and public safety. To do this, we need your help. WY-SEC is recruiting now for immediate training and starts in areas ranging from medicine to frontline security operations. Please, get in touch and apply today.

We will be putting in place measures to protect WY staff from exposure to coronavirus. Effective immediately all interviews will be held remotely and our reception desks will not be manned in order to prevent face-to-face contact. For the time being, our facilities bars will be closed and our cafeteria staff will be taking additional steps to ensure safety. A company-wide handshake ban is also in place.

We're in this for the long haul. As a corporation our priority is to respond to the outbreak, protect our community and our colleagues and help in any way we can.

EXECUTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT

As outlined by WY-SEC higher command, we will be taking necessary steps to protect the community during this crucial time in our city's history. On top of measures already mentioned; we will be working with higher levels of government in order to push forward new social policies that will aid medical staff on the frontline.

We are also looking to fill the following specialist roles outside of WY-SEC;

Bio-engineers - in order to continue on-going research within the corporation.
Virologists - in order to study the virus and produce a vaccine alongside Mercy.
Epidemiologist - support virologists
