Nope, no one was dead upon landing even though approx 180 rounds just by my self was sprayed around the VTOL + 2 other people shooting only managed to knock one guy down to 50hp, pilot is bulletproof as well as the fact the VTOL was used to transport government members to flank us by flying through the ravine so we couldn't even shoot them if we tried, this was a problem as flanking us normally wasn't a problem as any one who tried to attempt to come down the hill to flank us we simply shot at who forced them to stop to take cover.
Blackdog apparently said in Teamspeak to others that if we shot so many "rounds" to damage the VTOL he would ground the VTOL.
However, from Enzymes words "the VTOL took more than enough damage to severely reduce it's capabilities yet there was no consequence to it taking the amount of fire that it did."
Strange. It didn't seem to be bullet resistant when I checked it last. Looks like something to check when I'm done spamming the change-logs with improvements.
Unsure if Blackdog has made a new version in which it isn't bulletproof however from the AA thread:
- The cockpit being bulletproof.

There's more to an airframe than the cockpit. Like, the cargo hold, where people sit and get shot at lel.

it was still bulletproof and no idea how that was let off as NOT abuse.

Not really. As pointed out by Enzyme's own notes, only the cockpit was bulletproof. The people who can actually shoot you were able to be shot at, and unable to fire back, before landing.
And why it was "let off as NOT abuse", I don't know. However, I trust HR with their overview of the subject.
After all, HR isn't my place. As Tails said in another thread.

I don't know HR, therefore I'll defer to their opinions.

Or perhaps our main goal was to kill the pilot to make the VTOL crash land, especially when the VTOL is heading towards you with no knowledge that the cockpit is bulletproof.

SWAT Van OP nerf pls.
SWAT van is limited to < 30mph iirc, can't fly across terrains and doesn't fly.

I'd assume if it can't fly it can't fly across terrain. :3
It's speed is 35.
However, the VTOL (imo) is at a disadvantage compared to the SWAT van. The SWAT van will keep an entire unit protected from bullets. The VTOL protects one.
The SWAT van sounds similar to other vehicles, so you can't pinpoint it without a visual contact, whereas the VTOL has a distinctive sound which is easy to pinpoint.
Also, weren't you killed by regular cops running across open ground, rather than the SWAT team in the VTOL?
I attest to 's statement on that situation. Nightmare, Paul and I were involved and it didn't end up very well for us.

Would it have ended differently if the SWAT team + PD rolled up to your front door in a SWAT van?

Hypothetically, yes it would've ended quite differently.
The VTOL situation was deemed like something that obviously should not be a thing, the people involved were talked to and the staff guidelines modified to make this more clear. I don't think "let off as not abuse" is an accurate description here.
Wrong thread for this anyway? >.>
