Ah my bad, misunderstood the point. Apologies. As for the point you are claiming, yes, it does give the staff member an advantage but that advantage comes from him doing his duties and administrating the server, consider it a privilege.

Dude, you can sell a car by showing it as a prop. Players have done it before. They aint selling faster, just making it more interesting
