Skills to implement:

Fishing:

- Reduce the hunger restored by regular fish to 30%.
- The higher the skill, the better the fish are (Fish, Lobster, Shark)
- Better fish restore more hunger
- Will increase the use of a chef since Chinese is better than regular fish.
- Only after hours and hours of fishing will people be able to fish for the maximum quality fish.

Woodcutting

- Increase the base stamina usage
- Leveling up in the skill will reduce stamina used by a small percentage

Stamina

- Leveled up passively by running around
- Takes ages to skill so people won't be max level in a day
- Will increase stamina to 200 instead of 100

Salary

- Increased by playing a certain job
- Merchants: Items sold
- Government: Arrests(?)

I would really love a skill system as it rewards the player not only with money but also the feeling of improving their character. Games in which players have to level up skills have always been and will always be popular. Why not implement this in CityRP?

Also for the people who are saying: "We don't want players woodcutting". The trees are there for a reason, and the people are there for a reason as well. They need money and don't want to spend hours waiting for contraband. Now that we have woodcutting there's not many complaints about contraband, but if there's a suggestion to improve woodcutting suddenly it's a problem?
Everyone chops wood so what, it's part of the gamemode. Might as well make it more fun.
