I do think it should be a different color than the President's Broadcasts; those are a nice commanding red color, maybe make the police ones in blue so there is a difference between them?

+Support - although maybe make it a police sergeant only thing? Generally you wouldn't see standard cops issuing widespread alerts

I originally thought Blue because Cops, but I could see a Yellow, not as urgent and eye catching as RED, but still decently so.

I love the idea, when the radio was still active I tried to do a similar thing by reporting the news I would then contact the Sargent to ask if he wanted to comment. It will add to he roleplay as often the server is split up in to groups and you don't often get to know what the police are going.
