It ruins diversity and a icon of a clan or whatever .-. People dont seem to understand that... The other day I was on the server playing as one of my clan's divisions N.O.O.S.E. and then later joined to find someone else was playing as them and set the whole SWAT Team to it ( There is no rule against them doing it apparently but it is still kind of annoying and ruins most of the fun... like with the job it ruins the integrety of the clan and the point I understand that the icons are on a much smaller scale but a small image can hold a lot of power... perhaps more than you know..

- Support for this simple reason... if players are allowed to set their icon there will be people who want to change it every other day. when that happens the icon box gets extremely clogged because they save and that will eventually get extremely annoying... I think that an admin should be able to set it and then you cant change it again for an x period of time

She is not saying that you can upload an image to the server. She means that if you are channel admin, you can change the channel icon.

Not sure if there is an option to stop users from uploading icons. Forgot.

Well there is but it would be pointless because then you couldn't use your icons... aslo then anyone can use any of them and that mens they could use your icons

That is why you are given a selection of icons. Unless you give that icon(pack) to SA for them to upload. Even if they can use your icon, so what?

What he is trying to say in, Server Admins can upload icons to TeamSpeak. As the default ones are the letters C, V, O and S in varying colours. So if a Server Admin uploads a new icon every time someone wants it changed the icon selection on the server becomes extremely full meaning it will be a) very hard to find & select an icon and b) Will also cause TS to crash if too many icons are loaded in at once

I've had around 100 once on my Ts3 server and was fine. See no reason why for now at least around 25 can be added?

Working fine, not slowing down, not crashing. The only bad part is the time it took to upload ~80 icons.
