In detail, explain your suggestion: Re-implement the ability to add an icon to your channel
Why should this be implemented? Saf's Starbucks Booth is incomplete without a coffee cup! It also adds a bit of character to the Teamspeak.

Pretty sure what ever the Server Admin is called "SysAdmin" or something already can, unless you mean you can add it to your own channel without asking for it

- Support for this simple reason... if players are allowed to set their icon there will be people who want to change it every other day. when that happens the icon box gets extremely clogged because they save and that will eventually get extremely annoying... I think that an admin should be able to set it and then you cant change it again for an x period of time

She is not saying that you can upload an image to the server. She means that if you are channel admin, you can change the channel icon.
Not sure if there is an option to stop users from uploading icons. Forgot.

That is why you are given a selection of icons. Unless you give that icon(pack) to SA for them to upload. Even if they can use your icon, so what?
