I agree in that we have a great team here on LimeLight. The amount of updates, tweeks and support we get is amazing.

There are certain times when there is very little support, which is usually late night U.S. time when the US gamers are on.

One more thing that I'd like to see, especially with the update recently, is Rep points being given. In the past few months, I haven't seen a single point given. It was very frequent when first introduced, but then died completely. At least in the times that I play.

I understand there is a huge demand on admins that I don't envy. It makes me think that if there is some kind of ticket system for @ calls it might help, players could be assigned a number and they could check out its progress. And if players and/or teachers see a good roleplay happen, having a recommendation option for a rep might also help.

Might be putting too much into this, hehe.

Either way, you guys have been doing awesome, and will continue to do so. Great to be a part of the community.

I think our current team is doing a great job.

We have really good and hard-working developers doing some truly awesome work.
The administrators and moderators are also very hard at work and I know that they're doing their best. Sure there are some times when delays are longer than we'd want but this is often because:

- Staffmembers are already in a call, taking their time to make sure that they're making the right assessment of the situation.
- Staffmembers have responded to the call, but done so without anyone knowing to hopefully catch the accused player breaking the rules as claimed in the call.
- AFK (Toilet-break, food, beverage).

I'm very happy and proud of the current team that we have. There's always room for improvement but our lads (and lass) are doing a great job. If you have some feedback that you want to give us then you can always shoot me a forumPM; especially if it's about a specific staff-member that you're not satisfied with. It's my job to supervise the staff-team and look into any issues that might exist.

OT: Yeah the staff on LL are pretty awesome to say the least. I was going to agree with Iac about the @ calls, but I didn't really realize that you guys sometimes go phased and teleport. Nevertheless, keep it up. :)

This Team is actually the best Team I've seen, they all work together so well, and all maintain a high level of professionalism. Developers work hard, and actually fix bugs, Admins and Mods frequent the server, moderate the forums, and keep a level head at all times.

It's something I haven't seen possible before, and I respect them for it.
