I was there during the time of you getting blacklisted. You and two other players were running around and lazer pointing all over. Which is why me and Obay have blacklisted you and another player for that reason.

Obay was mic spamming and noclipping to build which is not proper roleplay.

Obay was playing music from his microphone while building a dupe for an RP he will do on a later date. It was not Role-play at all as it was an Out-Of-Character thing, building is not IC.

From what you can see I was building and preparing for a roleplay called 'Ralph Lauren', my music was on low volume to set an atmosphere and a good feel for the area. (Reference: Spoiler)

That aside I also had small speakers set up to reference 'Where' the music was coming from.

Rule:
Do not mic-spam. If you want to play music through your microphone, have an appropriate building set up and make sure that the volume is not loud.

I am fully aware of this rule, however my volume was appropriate and did not receive any complaint about it, but instead I received many compliments.
The music was on purely for entertainment and to see an atmosphere..

Reviewed and concluded.

No abuse took place. A staff-member is free to use his or her no-clip while building. The accused administrator had speaker-props placed and was playing music through his microphone. The accused admin did not break any rules nor abuse his powers in any way.
