It might be nice to know the reasoning behind the - Supports so a alternative solution can be found and would/maybe improve the system.

It's pretty obvious, with the current system we just buy the doors and that's it.

With this system we renting the doors and losing money.

Plus the renting prices are extremelly high, a citizen only wins $50, means everyone has to be a hobo, or lose $80, we already have to pay taxes to the President.

I'm not even mentioning the donator advantage, since donators win $100 as citizen.

I very much agree with this.  For a Firefighter for example, renting the firestation could get very expensive.  Also, if the Mechanic job runs around, it was very common for the firestation to get taken by mechanics, meaning the fire/emt would have to run around finding another place, leaving MTL and some of the Industrial areas to be the only choices with garage bays.  MTL would be an outrageous purchase for a firefighter, yet one of the only options available in many cases.
