Why should this be implemented? Makes things more realistic and easier, instead of hitting max doors to buy.
A wise player from another community thought of this idea and everyone loved it so lets not forget about it.

+support I love the idea, but I am a bit concerned about the rental fees however. I don't contra, meth or weed so don't have a huge income as it is. In order to purchase the Firestation for example, I would have to pay for the building over and over again?
I might end up losing money as a firefighter, forcing me to get another job just to pay for the privilege of owning the government building to house the fire engine that is constantly getting broken into.
So, I would have to say -support for the rental. Or at least, it should be looked at further.
