Which content pack I need for the ERRORs that suddenly came to me in rockford, all doors and the background at outer road are huge errors.

For the Hummer no, not sure for the Dodge but I know for the H1 you need an active subscription to use it

I'm actually pretty sure that you WON'T be able to use it (both H1 and Dodge) once your membership expires, because all perks except for SWAT access and the money/pockets you receive require an ACTIVE membership.

I'm actually pretty sure that you WON'T be able to use it (both H1 and Dodge) once your membership expires, because all perks except for SWAT access and the money/pockets you receive require an ACTIVE membership.

Those perks you mentioned are regarding Active Membership only.
The Dodge and H1 however are part of the member-tiers, which is simply a gift for sustained donations. 
Once it's unlocked, it's unlocked.

The rule about needing an active membership is only relevant for first-time purchase and the rewards in that level.

There is a box at the top which has Home written on it, instead of carrying the dupe onto the server carry it on that box.
