I doubt it. The SWAT aren't meant to patrol anyway; the SWAT van is perfect for if they do need to drive.

Not right now, no.
The SWAT Crown Victoria is currently adequate for the kind of RP SWAT needs to do, which is really just driving from X to Y to raid.
The SWAT Van made by Rock is a very good model with a lot of features already; there's no need to replace it.

In the rule 2.2, it is stated that extremist roleplay is allowed and we were freely able to do that yesterday. However, when we were commiting a terrorist attack, one of our members got pulled up by an admin and said that what we did was against the rules. It was about 3 people going into the Nexus and because the Vice President was there we decided to try and launch the terrorist attack around him for not complying with our demands which were stated via advert the whole time. Before this attack on Nexus (we only stayed in the lobby, we never raided) we did an attack on the Fire Department as well as the warnings via radio that attacks would escalate if nothing changed within the Government. In my eyes, this was within the rules as we had given plenty of warning beforehand.

The admin advised that we should take hostages however because we wanted it to be a quick in and out job as to not arise too much suspicion as we would be inundated with security forces surrounding us which could potentially result in us losing our lives. Not only this but terrorist attacks, although they do sometimes,  do not generally take hostages for a prolonged amount of time.

TLDR: Could an admin clear up what terrorist groups can do in terms of RP and what escalations can happen if the government fail to listen to our views as in my eyes well-executed terrorist roleplay is redundant without the capabilities of being able to fulfill that roleplay with such terrorist attacks.

Putting your job to terrorist does not allow you to kill or hostage anyone who you view to be against you. Evocity is based in Western Civilization and is therefore against middle-eastern extremism. Having a terrorist clan or roleplay is not an excuse to kill, raid or hostage whoever they see fit. We're discussing rule 2.2 now as it's in conflict with what we wish to have on our community.

I have that issue, I do believe it may be caused by the Rockford V2 map. Might not be, but that's what I think it may be so maybe try uninstalling that map see if that solves the issue.
