Summary: We simply were driving down the street, after I had reloaded into Garry's Mod. Then randomly shot at by Svinac (lampard). Who I later found being arrested by @GoodVibesGecko‍ . He had no reason to be shooting at us. A clear RDM.

Accused has messaged me with the following response: "I don't have anything to add.". With that being said i will be concluding this report.

Given the evidence submitted, in addition to Lampard not shedding light on the reasoning behind the attempted killing this report has been approved.

Due to Lampard having multiple priors for RDM he will receive a 1 day ban in addition to a 4 hour weapon blacklist for attempted RDM.
