since this, he has made another RDM attempt at 3.00 pm I have recorded this but he clearly understands the rules and is just on a spree of breaking them evidence will be uploaded asap

Accused has messaged me with the following response: "I don't have anything to add.". With that being said i will be concluding this report.
Given the evidence submitted, in addition to Lampard not shedding light on the reasoning behind the attempted killing this report has been approved.
Due to Lampard having multiple priors for RDM he will receive a 1 day ban in addition to a 4 hour weapon blacklist for attempted RDM.
