Ok you can stop the insults for one guy because i've got plenty id like to say to yourself but i'm keeping this strictly professional. secondly who's to say that i was intending for head damage and not for them to be soaked up by Kevlar of which i was wearing at the time and considering i was only injured by the ordeal and the only reason i died was due to no medical help available i didn't indeed die due to the shootout i instead died due to no medical help being available.

Like I said, unfortunately, that isn't how the rules work. The rules cannot bend game mechanics and your life was put in danger by blocking my shots. I could be wrong, I'm not an expert on firearms, but even if you were wearing a helmet (Which you wasn't) then taking multiple 5.56 rounds at point blank range to the head even wearing a helmet would have resulted in grave injury, if not permanent loss of life.

My prior comment was about an individual being deceased, not a lack of intellect on your part, but if that's how you choose to take that, so be it.

Its pretty blatant that if you walk infront of an AR-15 firing 5.56 rounds you are going to be killed instantly... in which case you are intentionally placing your character in direct harm and danger, which breaches FearRP. 

^ 2.1 - You are considered to be under FearRP when you are in line of sight of a visibly armed person, who is within default microphone range of you and is able to harm your character at that moment. You must act afraid of armed people and life-threatening situations.

That fact you've admitted to doing this due to your "clan motto" and "I wasn't told to move or stand still" does not justify this in anyway... For example, I could put in my description "I have selective hearing" so would that mean I do not have to listen when a player points a gun at me because I chose not to hear them? No. 

To sum it up, moving your characters head in-front of a gun in order to stop bullets from hitting your friend, instead to penetrate your skull breaches FearRP, you did not consider your characters life nor did you consider the detrimental affect it would have, hence why you got killed.
