Explain your suggestion, in detail:
A system that allows players owning a business to decide how much he/she will pay each employee.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:

It would be more realistic if people working in a company, shop, or something else to get paid more than if they're unemployed. It would make RP more considerable than joining those darn gangs. It might also make it easier for companies to hire more employees. Now for example, you rarely get any employees if you make a company that's not really doing much other than RP.

(Copying an old suggestion from back in 2016, however, it was denied. Credits to Grinkle: click to view original post)

Neutral

I like the idea behind this and would be good for clan RPs which include mass production of weed (or something similar), and then paying each employee nicely for their work.

I don't like that it would be another approved suggestion to add to the list that will never be completed, leaving this to join the other suggestions in the depths of nothing

-Support Overly complex for a semi-serious gamemode in a dated video game. This sorta system would be great in LiMeLiGhT StAnDaLoNE Unity 3D But in Gmod, nah. It's just a bit too much hassle for devs. If you have a company with employees. Just pay them with the commands already at your disposal.

Neutral verging on - Support.

I think this would be massively over complex and there are better projects that should take priority. However, I would be interested in a way that Clan could pay a salary to their members while they are on the server.

Would increase the desire to be in clans.

+support for the concept, -support for the implementation of this alone. Need to be part of a much larger business system, such as taxes and whatnot.

Agree with Cole on that one. Also I don't think that this solely would get one more employees as it would not be the most profitable method, hence a complete business system, similar to what Cole said, would be better.

More useful features aren't bad, especially when they make independent jobs more likable.
