Employee Salary System - zona - Jan 21, 2020 Explain your suggestion, in detail: A system that allows players owning a business to decide how much he/she will pay each employee. Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: It would be more realistic if people working in a company, shop, or something else to get paid more than if they're unemployed. It would make RP more considerable than joining those darn gangs. It might also make it easier for companies to hire more employees. Now for example, you rarely get any employees if you make a company that's not really doing much other than RP. (Copying an old suggestion from back in 2016, however, it was denied. I think this would be massively over complex and there are better projects that should take priority. However, I would be interested in a way that Clan could pay a salary to their members while they are on the server. Would increase the desire to be in clans. Also I don't think that this solely would get one more employees as it would not be the most profitable method, hence a complete business system, similar to what Cole said, would be better.
