Summary: He was arresting a clan member, i had to help free him without killing him. So i pointed a gun at him telling him to let my friend go. He then ran away at gunpoint all within mic range as it was set to shout. I tell him to come back which he started to ignore and then he pulled out a weapon.

My voice range is always set to shout. There is no way in hell you couldnt hear me.
