Summary: He was arresting a clan member, i had to help free him without killing him. So i pointed a gun at him telling him to let my friend go. He then ran away at gunpoint all within mic range as it was set to shout. I tell him to come back which he started to ignore and then he pulled out a weapon.

Ok. I couldn't hear you when i got far. And also i tried to uncuff ur friend but as i was running away staight after it didnt work, hence me saying 'i uncuffed him' 'didnt i?'

My voice range is always set to shout. There is no way in hell you couldnt hear me.

Dealt with in-game, no /vr was set prior. Not in fearRP range.
