The Admins and Mods will Always get the Final say. They are there to enforce the rules, most of the time they are right too. It is just like being in a courtroom obviously the judge will get the final say, That's what they are there to give. And also this thread seems like a perfect example of why you were told to 'Fix your attitude'.

As for the fix your attitude part, I wasn't there in the sit but by judging your attitude from another sit and the fact I had to issue an OOC BL the other day I could see possibly why Welker told you to fix it.

Just because there wasn't a PR or the Mod, in this case, may not have seen it doesn't mean there is no evidence. The staff have a Wide array of tools at their disposal  used to gather evidence

We don't need to show you evidence, especially in some cases where showing you contradicts our internal policies.

If you have a complaint or concern regarding a staff member's conduct, you can approach HR but I'd suggest adjusting your tone if you're going to speak to them the same way as you laid out your original post.
