What would happen if the owner of the server would get demoted via a report? Would he pardon himself or shut down the server ? 🤔

If he decided to step down? Server would either be shut down or he would allow an SA to take over. Possibly no owner just SAs

Temar could omly get punished if he himself allowed it. Meaning again.. Server shuts down or hed hand it over to someone else

If what Kvatch says happens, and he denies blabla SA's threaten to resign and another Split happens. Let's be honest. The server would just die. So yeah

If @Temar had a report made on him and it was a proper report where he'd actually done something wrong, I don't think any action could be taken against him since he's above all powers, but you'd expect as a business owner he'd take responsibility and own up to his mistake as well as compensate the victims of the mistake. 

It works the same in real life. Imagine if you own a barber shop, but you're mega rude to your customers, sure nobody can do anything about it but you won't get customers anymore.

I guess if the SA's really wanted him to step down because of a report, they could always threaten to resign if he doesn't but that seems silly over a little report. It would have to be over something huge, like the owner of a server stealing money from donations and buying a boat with it *cough*. In that case, they could always just leave and make another server out of the admins from the previous server...

Knowing @Temar‍ , he's a very humble guy who's kind of a hermit, managing the backbone of the server.

I don't think he'd be a dick about it and ruin something for everyone that they've been building for the last couple of years.

There are shareholders of the actual business side which would take over. There are three shareholders at the moment, Temar, Faustie and Enzyme are I remember correctly. If Temar was to have to leave or similar, Faustie or Enzyme would most likely take the reins.

The official name is "Staff Report". If a staff report gets approved by other staff, the reported staff loses his staff rank (and maybe gets banned, I'm not sure).
Since the owner is part of the staff, we can safely deduct that if he lost his staff privileges, he'd lose his ownership as well.

Limelight Gaming LTD has two directors, Enzyme and Faustie.

Temar is no longer a director however, he is still listed as a person with siginficant control, therefore I would assume  either some other guy or Enzyme would take over in the case of his resignation, or as you have hypothesised, his demotion.

In terms of length served as a director, some other guy was appointed the same day as Temar's resignation, where as Enzyme wasn't appointed until 5 weeks, 3 days later.

TL;DR - No he wouldn't close Limelight. He would likely step down and hand over ownership to either Enzyme or some other guy, OR he would admit he was wrong, keep his position and move on.
