To make meth you need to purchase all of the meth items from the market on the F1 tab in game, there is a guide to this here > https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-5655.html 

To build and setup warehouse you need to first purchase the doors of the chosen building and then use props from the spawnlists by holding “Q” and then position them using your Physics gun. 

There are also some community published dupes that you can find under the “advanced duplicator tool” found on your tool gun, this tool is selected again under the “q” menu on the right hand side. If you are doing this then I recommend selecting the “place in original location” so the props are positioned as intended.
