I mean, from a realism perspective none of the evocity maps make much sense, they all have 20+ storey sky scrapers in an area comparable to a small village. It doesn't make sense for such tall structures in a city of maybe 10-15 buildings.

Maps like Truenorth and Rockford, however have a low density, rural feel. Something that I feel is more realistic given the (relatively) small size of gmod maps.

Absolutely not, I hope that the option to "stay" in rockford is not there.

I can build new forest dupes.

gmod_mcore_1 has never effected me in terms of crashing so I would advise you use it if you are tanking in frames. For me, I gain around over 70-110 fps outside of the city and about 30-60 fps inside.

What you're saying is technically true, but I feel like you're being extremely nitpicky here; someone who has a high end GPU such as a GTX 1070 or better is extremely likely to have a top end CPU.

Indeed it is. Used to have a 780 until it died when I tried to transfer Gmod models to VRChat.
Gonna buy an i7-8700k or Ryzen 7 2700X along with a new motherboard and 16GB RAM in the near future.

Well if you have a low end CPU then that isn't really the maps fault. With a low spec computer I can get at least 60fps on that map. If you struggle to get over 20 fps on the map then your computer is failing you hard and probs time to upgrade some parts or buy a new pc a whole.

Sorry but I would rather have a new fun map then the same typical EvoCity over and over.

Weird, FPS is around double what I was getting on True North. I'll have to try out the server a few more times to see if that's consistent or not

No matter how many bug fixes it has, it still doesnt change its key problem:

Its to big, and people are far to spaced out to actualy be able to interact and RP with eachother unless its pre-grouped people.

but TN has so much potential, it has great building, a lot of roads if people wants solitude they can have it, if people wants to be in the city they can be. The fact that the map is big is a great thing. as an example right now taxi driver RP is useless with true north, public transportaion and taxi RPs are amazing and actually usefull.

Solitude is not typically very good when it comes to stimulating RP. It stimulates people locking themselves away, not interacting.
