The courthouse is a place for civil discussions. As I have stated within my responses earlier if you'd been bothered to read it, the FearRP mostly took place within the vault, you were not present. Realistically you have very little to do with the case. Unless you have some important information or evidence to provide, I see no reason for you to continue with your enraged responses that add nothing to the case.

The moment you claim FearRP was broken, I was present in the vault, stop lying in the Courthouse. That's against the rules, you should know this.

Furthermore, it isn't being enraged. It's genuinly being amazed at how little this Staff Team seems to care about eachothers decisions. Do you all even communicate? One staff member says x, Staff member 2 bans us for what Staff Member one said is OKAY to do.

All you've proven in this UBR is that according to you;

1. Even when you are part of when the rule break takes place. That's not enough because RP happened before it which has nothing to do with a rulebreak.

And 2. There is no point in asking S1 S2 Moderators for permission, as it means nothing to other Staff members. We must contact Administrators, preferably even Super Administrators to ensure that we aren't being banned for situations other Moderators say are allright, cause either communication or respect is 0.

As for so called permission, it was given about 20 minutes after asking. Making it dubious at best, much like asking for permission to break NLR, you must explicitly have the permission for it before doing it, asking is simply not enough. Along with this, there is no context mentioning that Kimpow would be going AFK in the midst of an RP situation. Ultimately it is changing jobs to avoid RP.

Again with the context, this could have been said by anyone about anything. This screenshot was taken roughly  25 minutes before this whole situation even happened, if I am not mistaken. Unfortunately time zones can be quite confusing. So I don't see how you could have been asking for permission to leave the server/change jobs in the RP situation when it had not even happened yet. I'd really hope you're not trying to be misleading on the court house.

If you want your evidence to be taken seriously I strongly suggest you post the entire thing.

Timezones are quite confusing, yes. However, I can assure you I am not misleading the court house, nor am I a time traveler. I believe you just mixed up the whole timezones.

1.3 - Do not reconnect, suicide, change job or do anything else to avoid a roleplay situation. If you suddenly have to go, inform the people you are roleplaying with via LOOC and give them a few minutes to conclude the RP. If you are unable to stay for those few minutes, we recommend that you go AFK instead of disconnecting and inform staff via @.
