Background

Jess had a very good upbringing, living in the suburbs with her mother and father, attending school and working part-time as a shop clerk. She never got into trouble with the Rochester Police. However by the time she turned 15 she started mixing in with the wrong crowds, she started becoming more rebellious by the day.

Her mother was a firefighter and her father was a patrol officer for the Rochester Police Department, both working long hours and rarely interacting with Jess, however taking time of work to spend time with her and often taking vacations to Niagara Falls to visit their Grand Parents who moved to Canada early 2009.

Unfortunately, during the month of June; her father died while on the line of duty by a gunman in Rochester city square, without this parental figure she would dive deeper and deeper into a path of hatred and disgust for the government, blaming them for the cause of his death.

Her mother dove into a state of depression, drinking excessively and getting herself fired from her job in 2016, later kicking Jess out of the house and locking the doors. Meaning Jess had no-where to go except her friends house.

Jess later moved to Rockford after continuing her part-time job, and the manager helping her get back on her feet.

Current Motives and Personality Traits

Jess is a wildcard, she has a huge hate towards the government and will fight them whenever if the situation arises, if she isn't tagging walls and smashing windows, she's at her den with her friends, plotting the next "prank" against the government.

She isn't afraid to go up to someone and yell derogatory words right in their face, she isn't afraid to get into fights to protect herself or other people. However, there is a bright side to Jess. She will often help the poor, giving them money that she needs herself, but her generosity takes the best of her.

She is hard to befriend, having trust issues from her previous life in Rochester, and only lets certain people get close to her.
