Background
John had a rough upbringing, being from the roughest part of Gloucestershire, with a crime rate of over 40% of the population, he naturally grew up around weapons. Machetes, combat knives, revolvers and axes, all regular occurrences there. At the age of 7 he joined the Margate Boys, a large group of mostly 7-16 year olds, sporting the usual chav gear

After a few months he killed his first man, a member of the "Luton Lot" come all the way over from London. He was arrested later that week, after traces of gunpowder were found on his clothes. The man he killed happened to have US citizenship, so lo and behold, he was extradited to the US, Rockford, Minnesota to be precise. Upon release he
bought an apartment in the slums, and settled down.

So far he has been accused of many crimes, vandalism, drug dealing and illegal arms ownership, but all charges get dropped every time. His only new charge has been a speeding ticket worth $200 and even then he was still doing 80 in a 35.

Even today he is still smashing stuff, spraying profanities and general vandalism. Some would say he's off the rails, others would call him society's issue, either way, he's a thorn in the side for police

John seems to know no boundaries to his "fun", sacrificing police time for his amusement. It is undecided whether he is a psychopath, or a sociopath, but he's been described as "Mad as a box of frogs" amongst other things.
