After discussion with other staff members, we've decided to offer you the following:

- Removal of ID 7341

- Lift of ID 7342

- Reduction (half-time) of ID 7394

However, you will be placed on general probation again for 6 months effective the time of your unban from ID 7394, if enforced this will mean a permanent suspension being put back on, which will be extremely hard to be appealed if it does get enforced. The reason we've decided not to completely lift ID 7394 is because of the context behind it, and it's severity. Whilst you came forward truthfully, I'm afraid that you will still need to serve that out seeing how it was still a pretty serious offence.
