Apologies for the delay.

All accusations against Da Cool Cow have been dismissed, as I don't find him in violation of any rules. The part where it shows him punching is a little bit questionable, and so I will say that shouldn't be happening to hopefully deter this from happening again, but no formal punishment is needed.

As for Tomato, his lack of response means that I have to conclude without him, and so he will be receiving an hour's Weapons blacklist for excessive use of force.

The smoking of the room doesn't constitute a rule violation in this case, in my opinion, as they were frustrated regarding your actions. They should have reached out, but this wasn't a violation.
