I think the big issue is lots of cops following what they think is right, not what is actually set out within the server. Combine that with shitty egos and a quest for pseudo justice....ew.

Actually punish officers for breaking the rules? Make it against the rules to purposely harass players and interrupt RP? Amend the rules to say that, just like a dictatorship, being corrupt requires staff approval? Do literally anything to prevent goofballs from joining up and minge-squading over to the nearest passive RP to arrest everyone for no reason. Also crime rp will improve when staff stop getting involved because they feel left out or whatever and shutting them down. Just because the police cannot be a cohesive team and win. i.e never.
