What am I being accused of again?

You are being accused of a breach of FearRP.

Because I seen you jump out of your car and that you hadn't even reloaded I was already moving as you can clearly see in the video and I was long out of range by the time you had reloaded as you can see by your wild shot at the end.

Did you know prior to the report that the weapon was unloaded, and what IC information was used to gain this insight?

In a real scenario if someone jumped out of a car with an unloaded gun and was reloading it as they threatened you and you were in a Ferrari mid movement I would be long gone.

Honestly the thing I am told time and again is to treat a scenario like  it is real life and that's what I did in this scenario, the screenshot you took was purposefully done to make me look as bad as possible but I have kind of learned to expect that in PRs when it comes to me, but in the video by the time he has his gun loaded I am at the far end of the road. And the reason I know his gun was not loaded was because he was screwing around  before that pointing the gun at me and he hadn't reloaded before he got in the car and also I was seeing him reload the gun infront of me. Also this was all in a line of events of greg and john trying to mess with me, the Molotov for example was from john yong approaching me and calling me a "pussy faggot" because I reported him to roxas for scamming me, which I then warned him multiple times to back off before I took action, at which point he contacted greg over discord to come.

I assumed guns had to be loaded for FearRP to be in effect, especially in a situation where you could be long gone before they reloaded but if that is not the case, I am going to stop my habit of always complaining and I will apologise and accept whatever punishment and it wont happen again.

Also I know this isn't the time and the place but the little friend group of ricky greg and john yong. can they just avoid me if possible in game because they constantly try and get a reaction from me out of character so they can make a pr, calling me a "nonce" and a "faggot" john yong especially has a habit of calling people "nonces" over mic (I have recordings of this) im not sure if this is counted as in character but the server has kids playing and I didn't think stuff like that was allowed.

No, your actions make you look bad.

"Screwing around" with a firearm doesn't mean it's unloaded. The reloading of the weapon began after you ran away and began to drive off.

IC insults are, OOC ones are not. Baiting you into breaking rules also isn't.
