Summary: mark mollyed my friends car and when i confronted him with a gun and told his ass to get on he bounced out on me breaking fearrp.
then after i busted a cap in a couple of more fools i go back to my whip to seen that hes tryna boost my car. i bust a cap in him again.

What am I being accused of again? Because I seen you jump out of your car and that you hadn't even reloaded I was already moving as you can clearly see in the video and I was long out of range by the time you had reloaded as you can see by your wild shot at the end. In a real scenario if someone jumped out of a car with an unloaded gun and was reloading it as they threatened you and you were in a Ferrari mid movement I would be long gone. Also kind of convenient you mention rule break since you metagamed by john calling you over discord to come and attack me. And the boosting the car thing was much later in the night, and im pretty sure you broke nlr a few times after that trying to kill me but would need to double check
Just a quick reminder that lying in the courthouse is a punishable offence, not that I'm accusing anyone, I would just like people to be very careful with their replies.

Did you know prior to the report that the weapon was unloaded, and what IC information was used to gain this insight?

Perhaps so. However, you were told multiple times, within FearRP range, with a weapon, to stop the vehicle.

listen up pal, ur accused of fearrp as it says in the pr thread if u actually read it. u seen my hop out my whip but i gots a gun pointed to you mans so u gotta listen to me innit. reloaded or not i got a weapon thats gonna prob shoot you so u should fear ur life and not leave the scene. as for the metagaming, i have the discord overlay on and it is on the top left. whenever im in discord u will see my name and whoever im in with in the top left. my other previous prs can prove this. breaking nlr? bud i never died, it was late and not that many people were on so im prob gonna pass you more often than if you were on when the server was at high pop.

Honestly the thing I am told time and again is to treat a scenario like it is real life and that's what I did in this scenario, the screenshot you took was purposefully done to make me look as bad as possible but I have kind of learned to expect that in PRs when it comes to me, but in the video by the time he has his gun loaded I am at the far end of the road. And the reason I know his gun was not loaded was because he was screwing around before that pointing the gun at me and he hadn't reloaded before he got in the car and also I was seeing him reload the gun infront of me. Also this was all in a line of events of greg and john trying to mess with me, the Molotov for example was from john yong approaching me and calling me a "pussy faggot" because I reported him to roxas for scamming me, which I then warned him multiple times to back off before I took action, at which point he contacted greg over discord to come.
I assumed guns had to be loaded for FearRP to be in effect, especially in a situation where you could be long gone before they reloaded but if that is not the case, I am going to stop my habit of always complaining and I will apologise and accept whatever punishment and it wont happen again.
Also I know this isn't the time and the place but the little friend group of ricky greg and john yong. can they just avoid me if possible in game because they constantly try and get a reaction from me out of character so they can make a pr, calling me a "nonce" and a "faggot" john yong especially has a habit of calling people "nonces" over mic (I have recordings of this) im not sure if this is counted as in character but the server has kids playing and I didn't think stuff like that was allowed.

"Screwing around" with a firearm doesn't mean it's unloaded. The reloading of the weapon began after you ran away and began to drive off.

The current consensus is not required to be loaded.

IC insults are, OOC ones are not. Baiting you into breaking rules also isn't.
If you have evidence of them baiting or making OOC insults, post a PR.
