Explain your suggestion, in detail: Allow paramedics to be able to lock the doors at the hospital 

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Its extremely annoying when people wonder into the back of the hospital and refuse to leave. People also drive into the garage and proceed to ram the ambalaces for the fun of it.

+support for both fire station and hospital, to allow medics to function at either location depending on the desired RP (fire dept. ambulance vs. private ambulance)
