Explain your suggestion, in detail: Allow paramedics to be able to lock the doors at the hospital 

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Its extremely annoying when people wonder into the back of the hospital and refuse to leave. People also drive into the garage and proceed to ram the ambalaces for the fun of it.

Doctors are just selling the pharma stuff, they aren't the Doctors you'd see in a hospital.
